様々な理由で『本』を読むことが難しい人が多くいます。「オーテピア高知声と点字の図書館」は、いろいろなバリアフリー図書で皆様の読書をサポートします。館内は障がいがあっても移動しやすい設備になっています。休憩スペースも有ります。

“Otepia Kochi talking books and Braille Library” is a library that supports such people.
There are facilities that are easy to use for people with disabilities. There is also a rest area here.

活字図書をボランティアが声で読んで製作した本です。（音声デイジー※図書・カセットテープ図書）専用再生機の貸出も行っています。※デイジー:活字図書を読むことに障害のある人が利用しやすいデジタル図書の国際標準規格
These are books made by volunteers reading printed books (voice daisy * books and cassette tape books). We rent a dedicated playback machine.
活字図書をボランティアが点字に打ち直した本です。さわってわかるように凸凹をつけた地図や絵本などの図書もあります。
There are books translated by volunteers into Braille.There are also books, such as maps and picture books, with unevenness so that you can touch them.
パソコン・タブレット等で音声を聞きながら画像や文字を見ることができる本です。文字を拡大して見ることもできる本でもあります。
This is a book that allows you to see images and text while listening to audio on a PC or tablet. While listening to the synthesized voice of a personal computer etc., you can also see the characters enlarged.
